You'll lead performance marketing campaigns, optimise our ecommerce platform, and use data-driven insights to achieve growth and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow Framefox's online presence and sales.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyse social media and email campaigns.Content Development: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling marketing assets aligned with our brand identity. You'll also manage content creators and influencers, building out authentic user-generated content from customer stories.Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyse trends, and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.SEO/SEM: Drive organic traffic growth through keyword optimisation, content strategies, and technical SEO enhancements.What You'll BringExperience: 3+ years in a digital marketing or ecommerce role. We are flexible on this, if you have less experience you'll need to make a strong case for yourself!Skills: Experience with Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
