About the role
As the Digital Marketing Lead for CC Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's digital marketing presence. You will develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies and content across multiple franchise locations. Your customer-centric mindset, along with a strong eye for detail, will drive lead generation for both end-user clients as well as new and existing franchisees.
Skills & experience

Demonstrated in-house digital marketing experience (across franchise or multi-location sites is preferable, however not essential)
Portfolio evidence of the development and implementation of creative and strategic digital marketing strategies to enhance growth across all marketing funnels
Advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads and AI
Proficiency in social media marketing, advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools
Strong communication and mentoring abilities to convey complex digital concepts to both internal teams and franchisees
Passionate about storytelling and developing brand identity through comprehensive marketing strategies across all platforms
