You will report into the Head of Brand and work with a small, fun, supportive head office based team.At A&C we live and breathe great design and all things home. You will be responsible for ensuring this passion is communicated to our customers via all Marketing channels. Materials are carefully chosen for their quality and sustainability, ensuring that every item enhances both the home environment and everyday living.Proudly New Zealand owned, we operate four physical stores nationwide as well as a busy ecom store & a Design and Trade arm of our business.Key responsibilitiesCustomer ExperienceCreate marketing material in line with marketing plans and set sales targets. (Social Media, Advertising, and Website Campaigns)Assist with product and styled photoshoots as required.WebsiteManage the website presentation, functionality, maintenance to improve the customer experience using Shopify.Graphic DesignDesign and create weekly EDM's, website graphics, signage and social media including graphics, reels and stories.Managing design needs of the business.Social MediaSocial media management, content creation, platform management and customer response.Achieving ROAS and other business targets.Ideal AttributesBachelor's degree majoring in Marketing, Business or a related field.2+ years' experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.Experience with the ADOBE suite, including Indesign, Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Shopify or e-commerce experience, with skills in product listing and inventory management.Familiar with social media management tools, Klaviyo or email marketing platform, G-Suite, Google Analytics, and ad platforms like Ads manager (Meta), Pinterest Ads, GA4 and Google Ads.Team player with the confidence to take ownership of key projects.Proven organisational skills.Fun!At A&C Homestore, we love great design and beautiful products.
