About the role We are transforming our paper-based learning and assessment to digital and have plans for a new learning management system (LMS). We are looking for a digital learning enthusiast who is keen to join our L&D team on this journey. You will hit the ground running by collaborating with subject matter experts and L&D colleagues to redesign existing paper-based training into creative, engaging and self-paced digital learning experiences that supplement and support our on-job coaching program. What you'll be doing: Designing task-based learning and assessment to support our operational teams and on-job coaches. Deploying learning solutions for NZBS projects and operational change. About you You have at least 5 years' experience in designing impactful, work-based, digital learning experiences. Your work is underpinned by best practice and learner experience design principles with a focus on creating meaningful training solutions. You have experience working end-to-end, but your passion and strength lies in developing digital learning experiences for online platforms. You use a wide range of authoring tools and technologies to produce the right learning, in the right way to impact operational performance. What you'll bring: Expertise with content authoring and creative digital tools including video production Experience designing for and using a learning management system Exceptional written and visual communication skills High level of attention to detail and a quality focus to your work Ability to adapt and manage changing requirements A curious mindset and an interest in science Experience in a regulated and quality-focused environment is an advantage.
