In addition to this you will also support:Stakeholders and their adaptation to growing digital readiness, capability and confidence.Digital Learning governance and adherence to quality and consistent learning experiences.Help support people through change by applying quality learning and training delivery.Use a variety of tools to create learning content and deliver training.Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and relationship building.Consolidating disparate tools to provide a consistent and quality learning experience.About you | Ko Koe TeneiIdeally, you will have a background in designing and creating quality learning content as well as the ability to assess learning needs and use that assessment to create learning and training content that helps people understand what they need to do or know once the change is implemented. Your ability to build relationships and relate to people across a multi-generational, culturally diverse workplace will allow you to develop and create this role.You will introduce new techniques and approaches to Digital learning - including taking a blended approach where needed.
