We're looking for someone with a passion for improving the User Experience for our customers and the skills to deliver these changes.
You'll have experience with wireframing, customer testing and facilitating discovery sessions with customers and colleagues. You be great at delivering UI to our tech teams and establishing the user requirements with them.
At TSB our team is small, so you'll also be a "jack-of-all-trades" type who's comfortable managing stakeholders, working with agency partners and prepared to muck-in with a bit of project management. 
The Digital Experience Lead will have responsibility for leading and overseeing all UX activities with TSB. The role requires uplifting digital experience across key customer touchpoints, and designing impactful and innovative solutions that add value to customers and deliver to the organisational strategy. This role will have elements of Product/Channel Ownership and Digital Delivery.

Role specific areas of responsibility : Promote customer-focused design methodologies and comprehensive user experience (UX) throughout the company to provide enhanced user experience and functionality for all of TSB's digital assets. Create cutting-edge digital experiences for TSB's digital platforms, which include web, mobile, and online banking. Collaborate with digital partners and development teams to guarantee that designs, enhancements, and repairs are successfully applied for our clients. Control connections with outside partners when it becomes necessary to expand our capabilities. Organise workshops and cross-functional stakeholder meetings to discuss digital designs, gain a better understanding of customer problem issues, and increase customer knowledge. Work cross-functionally with positions in product, marketing, technology, customer experience, and insight to provide excellent customer outcomes.Oversee consumer pain points in TSB's digital channels and acquisition experiences by conducting customer experience testing and interviews.Transform insights and learnings into actions to support the optimization and enhancements of digital in accordance with TSB's strategic objectives.Test prototypes with customers and internal stakeholders to get input and improve online experiences. Seek ways to streamline internal business operations and use efficiencies to enhance customer service and fulfill TSB's mission of being the most convenient bank to work with. Ongoing self-improvement in UX and associated domains like as delivery, tech, and behavioral psychology to make sure suggestions and counsel are still applicable. Your skills will include: 5+ years experience as a UX/CX Designer, working in cross functional teams, including Marketing, Product and Technology functionsAbility to design user flows, wire-framing and prototyping using tools such as Figma.Experience conducting customer and user research, using design thinking methodology.Proven ability leading the delivery of continuousb improvement changes and projects.Experience working in cross functional teams to deliver change.Ability to translate complex business requirements into customer centric designs with sound understanding of front-end and technology capabilities.Who are we?
