Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)Full timeCAP is seeking an experienced Digital Engagement Manager to join and collaborate with the Fundraising and Communications team, based at CAP's Penrose office in Tamaki Makaurau.This could be a full-time or part-time role depending on your level of experience.As Digital Engagement Manager, you will:Partner with the Fundraising team to use CAP's digital channels to attract new supporters and meet fundraising targets — developing, measuring and iterating digital content and channels.Enable CAP to engage audiences in CAP digital channels as you partner with the Communications team to share mana-affirming stories in alignment with CAP's client-centred brand direction.Work collaboratively within CAP's in-house Communications Agency to deliver integrated solutions that achieve desired outcomes, in response to creative briefs from internal CAP stakeholders.About youTo flourish in this position you will need:A strong alignment with CAP's values: 'Mutual thriving', 'giving our best to the people we serve', 'with Jesus'.Ability to work well in an NFP organisation that seeks to honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi in the way work is done.Ability to work comfortably in an environment which demonstrates the Christian gospel with stakeholders, shares about Jesus Christ as appropriate, and prays.2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferred.Ability to lead digital projects through discovery, ideation, development, testing and growth phases.Strong copywriting skills for web and social media environments, preferred.Confidence using web analytics to gain insights around user needs, as well as identify ways to optimise conversion rates.Ability to deepen understanding of multiple stakeholders in complex environments (internal and external) – attuning to needs, resolving issues and building trust and confidence.Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technology and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.About CAPChristians Against Poverty (CAP) is a professional and client-centric service provider.
