The role is a part of the virtual enablement team, taking guidance from the Digital Enablement Business Lead. Now is an exciting time to join this newly created function and play a key role in helping us become a sector leader in asset management and delivery excellence.This role will ultimately be responsible for providing digital operational support to the planning, performance and safety team to ensure the approach to standards and procedures are consistently in line with the strategy. You will also be actively involved in the initial strategy work required in early project development.To be successful in this role, ideally you will have proven experience in leading digital enablement project teams along with supporting teams in implementing the broader ecosystem of digital practices, ways of working and tooling to enable the successful strategic and operational management of our assets.You will have a natural continuous improvement mindset, continually thinking about the bigger picture and how we do things more effectively and efficiently to achieve desired results. Your communication and influencing skills will be relied on in this role as you work with key stakeholders to help shape an implementation plan and deliver against it.For a copy of the the position description, please click hereProven experience, in-depth knowledge and understanding of digital enablement strategies, complex roll out of new digital ways of working and ongoing support and continuous improvement practicesExperience in leading digital enablement project teams, particularly in the early stages of strategy and implementation developmentA deep understanding of, and proven expertise implementing, AMDS, ISO 19650, NZ BIM HandbookPreferably a background in transport infrastructure with a strong and demonstrable business acumenExperience applying in-depth analysis to complex issuesHighly effective planning and organisational skills including time management and prioritising work in a complex work environmentEffective risk identification, mitigation and valuationA relevant Digital Engineering / Business tertiary qualification desirableKnowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori.
