The role is required to service all brands and generate high quality content that boosts engagement and grows NZC's fan base. Spanning social media channels, websites, the NZC app, video platforms and associated suppliers, the Digital Content Manager will work with the wider Marketing, Communications & Commercial Team to formulate digital content strategies and plans that help achieve campaign and commercial objectives.The role requirements are to:Design and execute content strategies to achieve NZC's goals and objectives that reflect our brand values and reach the desired audiences.Continually grow and enhance NZC's social presence.Provide direction and guidance on social media strategies across the cricket network for content generation.Oversee and ensure NZC's websites and app are accurate, up-to-date and provide a reliable source of valuable information for cricket in New Zealand.Work closely with internal teams to provide advice and guidance on digital value in aspect to a range of projects.Be accountable for the management of video highlights and content.Assist the technology team with production and integration of live streaming for NZC content.Develop and continually enhance NZC video channels, including YouTube.Actively monitor key website and social media trends and analytics and provide recommendations based on this data.Act as the key point of expertise for the cricket network in digital content and community management.About You | Who we are looking forEnergetic and highly motivated team player.Strong experience in running and planning content for high output social media accounts.Ability to analyse data driven insights and provide recommendations to enhance best practice.Background in providing written content across a range of fields.Good knowledge of the latest digital technology & tools.Competent in the use of current Microsoft Office Suite products and thorough understanding of Internet protocols.Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in recording, editing documents and providing information.Analytical mind-set, constantly seeking improvement on campaign results and key metrics.Solid understanding of cricket.Tertiary qualified in Communications or Marketing and work within a sporting organisation are both preferred.Working for NZC | Our BenefitsNew Zealand Cricket offers a fun and flexible working environment as well as the opportunity to develop and grow your skills.
