What you will be doing We have an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity to support our online claims and self-service journeys. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll drive success by creating, optimizing, and delivering engaging content and experiences on Tower's self-service portal, with a strong focus on digital adoption. Dive into the Heart of Your Responsibilities: Implement digital content aligned with Tower's business and strategic priorities. Manage the digital content lifecycle across websites and channels. Create, edit, and manage content to enhance customer experience. Write compelling copy for digital channels. Monitor SEO and website performance. Ensure consistent tone of voice and style for all digital content. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Tower. Use customer data to analyze behavior and monitor performance. Identify opportunities for digital updates and enhancements. Report key activities, insights, and results to the wider business. Stay updated with industry best practices and competitor activities. What You'll Need The ideal candidate possesses expert copywriting skills for web and has a proven track record in creating content that is easy to understand. They are skilled at using content management systems, preferably WordPress. They are adept at using analytics tools to enhance content performance, along with a basic understanding of HTML. Additionally, they excel in a cross-functional, agile team environment, demonstrating exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate the following: Degree in relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience as a content manager for a medium-large organization.
