We're on the lookout for an experienced Digital Content Designer to join our Marketing & Design Team to help us promote our awesome dart products. The game of Darts is having a meteoric rise in popularity across the globe with a record 4.8 million viewers of the latest 2024 PDC World Championship. At Shot, Darts is our world – every piece of kit the culmination of decades of collective experience. We chaperone players, we cheer on tournaments, we champion darts, in all its forms, at every level – from social players squaring off in pubs and games rooms across the world, to international pros we sponsor like World Champion Michael Smith. Our darts are 100% designed, prototyped and made in our Katikati factory by dartisans. Proud to be manufacturing in Aotearoa since 1970, our heritage is matched with up-to-date CAD, CNC tooling technology and our own in house plating plant. We sell to over 72 countries around the globe and have our own distribution hub in Texas, USA. About the role: You'll be creating dynamic content primarily for our own and distributor websites, as well as our social media channels—Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Design for impactful EDMs for Hubspot and Klayvio. Organize and deliver assets. The role will be working alongside our Marketing Manager & Head of Design and will be based full time at the Shot Darts Factory in Katikati. You'll need experience working to deadlines and a high level of skill with the Adobe Packages and Video Creation Software for this role. Social media reel creation, filming & video editing skills. At least 12 months' experience in digital design or a similar role creating content for a number of formats and channels. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools. Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and digital content best practices. Degree or qualification in digital media, graphic design or a related field is desirable. Able to prioritise tasks, plan and work to tight deadlines. Ability to ideate and create concepts. Can adapt creative concepts to finished product.
