The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst with strong background in Digital or Technology to work with key business/clinical stakeholders and customers on digital services and projects.
As the Digital BA, you'll be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and to enable business outcomes through technology. You'll be an active participant in the agile delivery teams, working with customers and project teams to scope requirements, understand value drivers, translate requirements into development user stories, and to develop product and service roadmaps.
Key Skills: Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification. Minimum of 3 to 5 years' work experience as Business Analyst, preferably in the health sector but not essential. Understanding and comfort in working within a service centric agile delivery model Experience in digital products and service design and systems integration. Business centric and effective management of stakeholder relationships across all levels. Solid analytical and reporting skills complemented with a high level of verbal and written communication skills. A passion for improving equitable health outcomes for the population of Tamaki Makaurau and Aotearoa, New Zealand. Strong understanding and appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to shaping our efforts.
