Diesel Mechanic

Company benefits: $40-$42 per hour + time and half after 45hrs
Description Due to growth within the company, we have a full-time, permanent position available for a Diesel Technician based in a workshop in Hamilton. Working in a modern workshop alongside a great team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and completing preventive maintenance on a variety of heavy equipment and forklifts.
Responsibilities: Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of heavy equipment and forklifts.
Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.
Collaborating with a team of skilled mechanics and technicians to achieve top-notch results.
Completing relevant paperwork.
About you: Proven experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, with a strong understanding of diesel engines and heavy vehicles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
