About Your New RoleWe're looking for a qualified diesel mechanic to join our client's workshop in Central Hawkes Bay (there are also other opportunities elsewhere in the region, so please let us know where you'd prefer to be based). The role is predominantly workshop-based, but there may also be some call-out service work.
You'll be involved in the diagnostics, service, and repair of various vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and construction equipment.

You have a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to efficiently and accurately diagnose mechanical faults. You have an in-depth understanding of diesel engines and general mechanical and engineering knowledge.
