About your new role:
Our Auckland Branch (based in East Tamaki) is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team; your key responsibility will be to assist in the repair and maintenance of our customer's equipment. The hours are 40 hours per week. Organisational skills are paramount in this role and you will understand the value of providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll need to succeed:
Experience in maintenance and servicing of material handling equipment or equivalent transferable skills from a similar industry
An automotive qualification or suitable experience
Ability to provide technical support to customers
Self-discipline for managing workload
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail on admin processing
