Diesel Mechanic - Breakdown Technician Reference: 6705740 We're seeking a reliable and skilled Diesel Mechanic to be our dedicated on-road breakdown technician.

Here's what your day could look like: On-road mechanic callouts and breakdown assistance.
Diagnosing vehicle faults and problem-solving mechanical issues.
Servicing, repairs, and overall maintenance of our diverse fleet of vehicles.
Working with on our electric buses and upskilling in our EV technology.
What are we looking for?
A minimum 5 years' experience working on large vehicles as a qualified heavy diesel mechanic with proven diagnostic skills.
A Class 2 NZ drivers' licence Solid knowledge of our roads and the ability to navigate the busy streets of Wellington is essential.
A good eye for detail, an eagerness to get the job done right and a passion for the trade.

We also have workshops throughout NZ and can offer growth and development opportunities!
