* Permanent 1.0 FTE position available (can be filled by one RN or two RN - s working part-time) * Empower patients to manage their diabetes and optimise their health.

Mo te tunga | About the role We have an exciting opportunity to join the Diabetes Specialist Service as a Registered Nurse.
Our team are dedicated to empowering people to manage their Diabetes.
Nga pukenga me nga wheako - Skills and Experience * A Registered Nurse with at least three years - diabetes nursing experience or relevant nursing role.
* Excellent communication skills to educate patients on the management of Diabetes.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with a strong patient focus.
* A current APC.
