Allied Health Location: North Shore and Waitakere Hospital
Are you ready to join our dynamic Diabetes Service team dedicated to providing outpatient support for adults managing Type 2 and Gestational Type 1 diabetes, including insulin pump therapy?
Responsibilities:

Conduct outpatient clinics for patients with type 2, type 1, and gestational diabetes.
Work with the diabetes services team towards improving health outcomes and reducing health inequalities for those with diabetes.

Qualifications:

Registration with the New Zealand Dietetics Board.
Current APC.
Experience in outpatient nutrition and dietetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in outpatient clinical settings with diabetes knowledge.
Proficiency in delivering structured education for individuals with diabetes.
Strong communication, presentation, time management, and organizational skills.
