Development Officer - North Waikato

Northern Districts Cricket Association (ND) seeks an engaged and energetic 'Development Officer' to lead the implementation of the ND strategy and operation.
Based in the Waikato, the ideal candidate will be passionate about growing cricket and strengthening participation capability for schools and clubs.
A key priority will be to increase tamariki and rangatahi participation through the delivery of great cricketing experiences via our SuperSmash programmes, as well as increase club capability (via volunteer support) and coach development.

Our flagship teams are the Northern Districts, Northern Brave, and Northern Maori, with the regional 'heartbeat' through our community game and 14,000 participants.
