About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and innovative Product Development Chemist to join our growing team.
You will play a key role in developing and formulating new cleaning products for both indoor and outdoor applications within the homecare market.
This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your scientific expertise in a dynamic and commercially focused environment.
As a Development Chemist, you'll drive the development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence.
In this sole-charge role, your 40-hour week will consist of overseeing QA/QC testing and reporting on our large-scale cleaning product batches.
Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative cleaning product formulations.
Conduct QA/QC testing and ensure product quality.
Scale-up lab formulations to commercial production.
Source and evaluate new ingredients.
Maintain detailed documentation of all processes.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Skills & Experience: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or related field.
Product development experience in homecare or cleaning products industry.
Strong understanding of cleaning chemistry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
