As a Detailer/Estimator, you hold a crucial position in our organization, enabling us to meet the demanding requirements of our market and ensuring prompt, accurate quotation services.We are looking for a graduate or intermediate Detailer to join our team based in Papakura, Auckland.
You will be responsible for outstanding provision of quantity surveying goals, pricing and insights, which includes, performing take offs and detailing from drawings and specifications provided by the sales team or direct from customersTo excel in this role, it is imperative that you possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, employing reason and logic to effectively address challenges that may arise.
Your reliability and adaptability are key qualities that contribute to the smooth functioning of the team.
By collaborating seamlessly and efficiently with your team, you play an integral role in Dimond's successTo join the team, you will:Be a recent graduate or experienced, specifically within Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering backgroundBe able to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
