We are currently hiring an experienced Detailer/Estimator at our Cromwell branch. Your job will be to provide accurate estimation and detailing, meeting customer demands, requirements and ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met. You will be required to support the construction and infrastructure projects for the business.

About the Role
Review contract documentation ensuring that the plans, specifications and pricing provide a comprehensive scope of the required building.
Produce accurate quotes and supporting documents to meet customer requirements in agreed timeframe.
Review documentation and work as a Detailer, fulfilling accurate plans, quote and costs for customers and projects.
Manage cost by analyzing labour, time and material requirements.
Procurement and delivery of orders within managed timeframes.
Coordinate with staff and ability to resolve any detailing and estimating issues.
Work closely with the Project Managers, site staff and external parties.
Maintain costs to complete each project and escalate any variations efficiently.
About You
Qualification in Civil Engineering and/or Construction/Mechanical Trade Certification preferred.
Minimum 3+ years' experience in working for large construction and infrastructure projects.
Proven understanding of best practice for concrete and reinforcement placement.
Be an effective communicator and a true problem solver with great negotiation skills.
Take accountability and ownership of the role.
Good understanding of Health and Safety Work practices and regulations.
Be a good decision maker, be agile and professionally competent.
Customer Focus with an eye for continuous improvement.
