Despatch Team Member - New Lynn

Description The Role:You'll be working in our Yard and Drive Thru area arrange the delivery of customer orders efficiently, so that they are delivered in full, on time, and in specification.
Daily you will be responsible for –Pulling orders to get them ready for deliveryCoordinate trucks in an efficient and effective wayEnsuring the loads are strapped/wrapped and secure for transportServing our customers within the Yard & Drive Thru when neededAssisting as directed to ensure an efficient warehouse is maintained.
Monitoring inventory and cycle counts.
This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week with rostered days off Wednesday and Sunday About you: We are seeking someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
You will need to be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
To be considered for this role you must have a clean full driver licence & forklift license and experience.
Trade/product knowledge or warehousing experience.
Physically fit and a solid health and safety values Great attention to detail and be organised.Computer and numeracy skills.
