Please visit our website for more information about what we do at www.axiomtechnologies.com.Roles and Responsibilities:The candidate must be a PR holder or a Citizen .Provide customer support for designated equipmentAccept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement for each clientMeet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in established guidelines and policiesComplete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in established policies and guidelinesComplete real-time reporting of all calls as documented in established policies and guidelinesFollow various established policies, guidelines, and documents relative to the successful delivery of service for each clientEnsure control of assets and inventory through the prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client service agreementsReport all time, mileage, and other requirements in an accurate and timely mannerUnderstand all Safety policies and guidelines and work within the guidelines of policies on a daily basisOther duties may be assigned to meet business needsAdditional requirements may exist if the offer of employment is extendedIT Skills andExperienceWindows 7 & 10, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clientsAbility to drive to client locationsAbility to work overtime as requiredAbility to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographiesAbility to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.Must be able to pass annual criminal and motor vehicle backgroundAbility to pass agility test at hire or at time of internal transfer and every 3 years thereafterMust own a basic repair tool kitIn-depth knowledge of:Microsoft Office applicationsPC/Laptop hardwarePC/Laptop peripherals, including printersIT QualificationsAt least two of the following:Bachelor of Engineering – Computer Science, Bachelor of Technology – Computer Science, Master of Computer ApplicationsMCP certificationExperience in a similar role1-3 years of relevant experienceCandidate must be Singaporean or PR HolderWhat next?If you are looking for that next challenge in your career and wish to apply for this role, please forward your resume to careers.nz@axiomtechnolog#J-18808-Ljbffr
