They pride themselves on providing great service every time to the Bay of Plenty and its surrounds.The RoleThey have clients in the Kiwifruit industry and for three or four months out of the year – they are required to provide services to them over weekends and holidays.
They are very reasonable with their scheduling, but would need someone who is ok to be flexible with their hours for those months.
For example; if you worked Sat and Sunday – you would get Monday and Tuesday off.
They are after someone who enjoys working with clients on-site or from the office.
Ideally someone who has had 2-5 + years of experience with both Systems Engineering as well as Network Engineering.The requirementsExcellent customer service capabilitiesExcellent phone and in-person communication2-5+ years' experience providing 1st or 2nd Level Technical Support,troubleshooting and problem resolution for external customers.Heavy Microsoft experience, including Microsoft 365Experience delivering excellent services to contracted SLA targets, meeting and exceeding expectations and always meeting deadlines.2-5 years' experience being the interface with a customer (and 3rdparties) for support and resolution of problems.Some experience or training in networking.Qualifications:Qualifications are nice to have, experience is preferred – however, a Degree in Computer Science or other comparable qualification.One major certification such as MSP, MCSE, CNE, VCP, CCEA or Cisco Certification or equivalent qualification One or more Vendor qualificationsMUST have a valid Work Visa or 5 + years of experience working in NZ.
