· Travel across New Zealand in this on-site IT support role helping our farms· Work in an interesting environment with unique agriculture systems· Based in Wellington, fully covered health and life insuranceProvide desktop support to over 110 farms with a good mix of office-based work and time spent out on-farm in the regions of New Zealand.The OpportunityYou will be responsible for providing desktop support to staff onsite in our Wellington office, and across our 110 farms around the country.Key responsibilities include:· Providing excellent and timely customer service in person, which requires travel to our farms across the country.· Receiving, recording and resolving issues with both hardware and software like laptops, Microsoft 365 and farming applications.· Delivering and setting up new and replacement devices.· Keep up to date with required administrative, security, auditing, and reporting responsibilities.Please note:You will be required to travel out to remote locations of the country to support our farm teams every month or 2. If you are not travelling, you will need to be in the Wellington office available during the core hours of business (8am – 5pm).About YouYou will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills to engage with non-technical audiences to ensure issues are resolved and they understand how to use it.You will also have:· At least one years' experience providing IT customer service and support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.· Practical knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack and cloud-based systems.· The ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively and work autonomously.· Self-motivated and proactive to pre-empt issues and solve problems efficiently.· Full Driver's Licence and be comfortable driving a 4WD on winding gravel roads.About UsPamu is the brand name for Landcorp Farming Limited.
