Mo te turanga mahi About the role: Permanent, Auckland (Manukau) based. As a Desktop Platform Engineering team, we are responsible for supporting all our devices and applications used by the business, which includes providing both remote and onsite support (Level 1 & 2 incident management).
We are part of the wider Digital Workspace & Engineering team and provide project and deployment support to our Agile teams.
As a member of the Desktop Platform Engineering team, you'll work in an environment where there is a strong focus on keeping the business system current, providing great user support, and being the face of technology for our people.
This is a customer-centric role where you'll provide face-to-face training to our End-users with first-class support and training for hardware and software.
The Technology Support and Adoption team are looking for a Desktop Platform Engineer who will collaborate with a team of Microsoft 365 professionals, use market-leading productivity/collaboration tools, and cutting-edge technology.
Mou About you:
Your customers are at the forefront of everything you do - you must be confident in dealing with customers in a face-to-face capacity, this is paramount! You're all about delivering great service through projects, training, and tasks. At least 3 years of proven experience supporting Windows 11, Intune, and Office 365 at an enterprise level. Experience with PowerShell and Intune within large enterprise environments, as well as experience with Application support and Application packaging tools. Demonstrated experience with Active Directory & Group Policy Management, planning, configuration, and management of Azure Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS). Experience supporting Windows 11 and Mobile Operating Systems. Experience configuring and supporting Office 365 workloads such as OneDrive for Business and delivering Office 365 solutions. Demonstrated experience delivering and supporting Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams. Demonstrated experience in management of hardware in the Intune environment. Working at ACC: The full salary range for this role is $85,037 - $120,052 with appointment dependent on skills, experience, and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
