Desktop/Network Engineer

We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, Servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific & EMEA locations. Currently, we are looking for partners/engineers for onsite support services in and around to assist our clients. The Role Your responsibilities will include:
Install and administer MS Office Fully charged laptop with Win8 or 10 operating system and admin rights Cisco Console cable (DB9 – Rj45 or USB RJ45). In case of USB convertor used , make sure drivers are properly installed Laptop should have following program/software installed Putty Team Viewer TFTP server Screw Driver Set Internet data Card TECH MUSH HAVE CONSOLE CABLE AND LAPTOP AND HAVE ABILITY TO CONSOLE INTO CISCO ROUTER AND USE WEBEX Note: This is on call basis for dispatch/adhoc projects and the scope of work varies from client to client. Above mentioned is the general JD. 
Ideal Profile Should have hands on Experience in Network/Meraki/Desktop/End User Support Exp in handling desktop/network issues Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems Install patches Software and Hardware Break Fix Well-versed network engineer (Good to have CCNA or above certification) Basics of Wifi Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration Business english with local language to effectively liaise the stakeholders of the region What's on Offer?
