We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Desktop Analyst to join our busy IT Customer Service team responsible for all customer interactions related to the day-to-day support of our desktop services across the Treasury and DPMC.
In this varied role, no two days are the same and you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to resolve complex IT inquiries. You will need a wide breadth of technical expertise and a solid track record of exceeding customers' expectations.
Occasional travel will be required as part of this role.
Excellent technical skills with 3 years (minimum) relevant industry experience
Highly developed communication skills with the ability to translate technical and non-technical information to a range of audiences
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on end-to-end ownership of issues
A proven ability to build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders

We will be looking to appoint the successful candidate into the role with a remuneration of between $73,000 and $86,000.
