Reporting to the Central Planning Manager, the purpose of this role is to prepare offers, estimates or quotations for distribution works and generate network designs that meet our customers' standards and requirements.
The role calls for a confident communicator who can deal with customer queries effectively and efficiently.
You'll be no stranger to preparing contracts for service, considering and incorporating commercial and contractual T&Cs into offers, estimates and quotations, and reviewing bid versus actual figures.

What you need to succeed: 2+ years' experience: Preparing offers, estimates or quotations within the Electricity Supply or similar Industry.
Generating network designs within the Electricity Supply Industry.
Full Class 1 New Zealand or international equivalent driver's license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
CAD experience (advantageous).
Electrical Registration (or equivalent) as an Electrician, Line Mechanic or Cable Jointer would be advantageous however it is not essential for this role.
More about the role: This is a full-time, permanent role working a minimum of 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000/annum (gross) - dependent upon experience.
This role is based in Cromwell, Central Otago, South Island of New Zealand.
Travel to other Regions within the South Island may be required from time to time to assist with design and/or estimation work programmes within those regions.
