LEAD Alliance is seeking a Project Manager (Design Engineering) with major project experience to work on New Zealand's largest brownfield development to transform Auckland.

You will be part of the Design team reporting to the Neighbourhood Design Manager to ensure the design team has the guidance to achieve the design deliverables to the required programme and budgets for the assigned projects.
What you will be doing: Demonstrating ownership of cost, quality and program delivery outcomes across neighborhood projectsWork closely with various design disciplines to ensure they deliver on key milestonesManaging and mitigating risk whilst ensuring prompt solutions to minimise disruptionManage & coordinate design disciplines to deliver through project life cycleWorking through project pressure points to ensure positive outcomesDevelop project scope, working closely with the wider design teamManage and oversee the change process for each project.Report on budget cost to complete for assigned projectLead and document design progress meetingsThe successful candidate will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or project managementManaging large-scale design and construction projects from $5M - $25MillionUnderstand resource consent process and deliverablesPrevious Alliance and/or Design and Construct experience preferableWorked in a matrix structured environment displaying exceptional relationship management skillsWhat's in it for you: Openings like this don't come along very often.
