Currently we are seeking a Design Manager to support our nationwide business taking ideas from conception to completion.

Free carparking at our offices About the Role: Based in Otautahi Christchurch or Kirikiriroa, Hamilton, you will be an integral part of the Preconstruction team managing the design process, coordinating design and feasibility reports, tenders, and high level proposals in line with the client brief.

Your key duties include:

Working with clients to develop project brief Engage with consultants to deliver high quality and accurate design Review design drawings, evaluate risks Drive and coordinate the tender process Coordinate and develop design & feasibility reports Negotiate and develop contracts – NZ3910, NZ3916 About You: You will be a self-motivated and highly organised team player that is confident in challenging the status quo and add value in every area!  In addition to this, you will have the following attributes:

3+ years' experience managing design delivery in building construction Working knowledge of MS Suite, including SharePoint A background in building services, engineering or architectural design - preferred but not essential Excellent relationship building skills (clients, consultants & key stakeholders) High level of accuracy & quality control Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal Ability to foresee risks & find solutions Great team player with a sense of humour, initiative, and drive How to apply: If you would like to be a part of the Apollo legacy and take up the Design Manager role – click "Apply" now! Please visit our website for further information on Apollo Projects.
