Direct message the job poster from Salt - Design Build & LiveA fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team at Salt Homes in Karaka.Where you'll lead and deliver across people, processes, and projects while continuing to develop your professional network - all in the beautiful lifestyle-oriented setting of Karaka.The Role:We are seeking a talented & creative, highly skilled architect to join our small team in Karaka.Specialising in Building Home & Land Packages, from residential to retirement villages, our team is known for its commitment to design excellence and master craftsmanship.Your role offers a unique chance to lead and deliver significant projects while enjoying a lifestyle-focused environment.Key Requirements:A minimum of 5 years + experience as an Architect in New Zealand.A minimum degree of Bachelor of Architecture or Higher.A Master of Revit.A Creative Genius in 3D Visualisation Experience Including CGI.Proven leadership & ability to take a project from concept to managing projects and project teams.A Proven ability to take a project from concept, through council stages (RC, EPA, BC) right through to Code of Compliance & Obtaining Property Titles.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.A passion for delivering high-quality design and leading projects from concept to completion.Be a permanent resident of New Zealand to apply.What's on Offer:Advance your career in leadership, design, and project delivery.Competitive salary of $75 to $95K * (Depending on Experience) with a bonus structure that could be double your salary.Embrace the balance of work and lifestyle that Karaka offers.You'll be offered a highly competitive salary, a path for career growth, and the opportunity to become an integral part of the leadership team.
