Moffat Ltd, situated in Rolleston/Izone, is currently seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer specialising in Appliance Electrical and Controls. This presents an unparalleled opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of appliances, both locally and on a global scale.
The opportunity: As our Design Engineer, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of spearheading the development of cutting-edge products that redefine industry standards. From conceptualisation to execution, your expertise will be instrumental in crafting electric circuits, user control interfaces, and electro-mechanical functions that exceed the expectations of our discerning clientele.
Collaborating closely with established and emerging global partners, you will ensure that our products not only meet but surpass international standards, further solidifying Moffat's reputation as an industry leader. With a primary focus on heating and motor appliances catering to diverse markets, ranging from single-phase to three-phase systems, meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence will be paramount.
About you: You'll be someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in either electrical design or electrical product design, complemented by proficient CAD skills. Experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
