Signature Construction focuses on large scale developments, ranging from standalone and terraced dwellings to apartments.We are seeking someone who is looking for the next step in their career development. In this role you will report to the Technical Manager. You will work with our Technical Project Leads and Project Administrators to manage all aspects of the day to day workflow from RC to CCC, ensuring the delivery of quality accurate plans and assisting with onsite detailing issues etc. You will need to be a 'doer' as well as a manager, as you will also have your own projects to lead. It will be desirable to have a relevant construction qualification (eg Drafting or Architectural Technology diploma/degree) and a minimum of 10 years NZ experience. In-depth knowledge and experience with the NZBC / NZ3604 is critical including Council compliance and the consenting processes.You must have great attention to detail with good verbal and written communication skills. Also required are good technical skills including the ability to make complex things simple. The next great individual to join our team will be able to assist with the below:The ability to manage a small team as part of a bigger picture.The ability to manage external consultant content delivery and schedules.The ability to pull together all aspects of consent and administration delivery for our residential builds across a range of locations within Auckland.The continued development and implementation of the design and construction administration aspects of the business from pre contract to the end of the maintenance period.The coordination of the working drawings through to consenting and construction drawings.Providing technical and logistical support to our team of Project Mangers to ensure a successful and seamless delivery of our projects.Only NZ Citizens/Residents and those with the entitlement to work in New Zealand will be considered.
