You will play a key role in driving our local sales profile and representing the Mike Greer Homes brand locally and be able to successfully convert leads to contracts.About the RoleThis position is a contractor role with sales independence and a commission-based structure.Starting in mid-September, you will be based at our Pukekohe show home and Franklin office.Rostered on at weekends and throughout the week.Sales enquiries will be channeled to this role to develop and convert to successful relationships and contracts.You will have a platform to innovate and source new business prospects, build relationships based on trust, integrity, and delivery, and to convert leads to clients.A temporary, transitionary retainer is available, to enable you to focus on establishing yourself and developing sales prospects.Does This Sound Like You?Want to drive your own working week, and have autonomy and flexibility.Enjoy dealing with people and building excellent business relationships, and able to convert these into sales.Passionate about providing an outstanding service, and a successful, positive client experience.Background in sales and business development.Excellent communication and networking skills, and can drive your own profile in the industry.Loves exceeding a sales target and being in control of your own earning potential.Previous experience in a design and build sales environment highly desirable.To apply, please follow the Seek "Apply Now" link.
