Our Deputy Principal position will commence in term 1 2025 and have a teaching component of 0.4, which may comprise curriculum delivery, interventions, or teacher release when required. We are looking for a leader in NCEA curriculum, with Principal's Nominee experience. As a highly skilled NCEA educator and leader, you will be an effective communicator and positive champion of our school, rich in your knowledge of responsive, localised, authentic pedagogical practices and Màtauranga Màori. You will join our collaborative leadership team focused on continuing the growth and development of our Area School. You will have an unwavering commitment to giving genuine effect to Te Tirit o Waitangi and the care and protection of the hauora of all. Depending on your strengths, the successful candidate may have an opportunity to negotiate additional units for specific areas of leadership that align with our school-wide priorities.
