We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as Deputy Principal, to lead our Y1-4 classes.

Key Responsibilities: Deputise for the Principal in their absence, in collaboration with Deputy Principal Y5 to 8.
Lead and support the Y1-4 team in delivering high-quality teaching, English curriculum, and learning experiences in literacy development.
Build and maintain strong positive relationships with staff, students, and their families/whanau.
Collaborate with the leadership team to drive the strategic direction of the school.
Uphold and promote the school's values, serving as a role model for students and staff.
Support the school to reflect Te Tiriti O Waitangi through all aspects of education.
Proven leadership experience within a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and the wider school community.
Commitment to fostering a positive school culture through nurturing relationships and upholding school values.
