The position involves teaching a class – please state your preference of year level in the cover letter.The applicant will support the Gospel teachings of Jesus and our WAKA values by authentically integrating them into learning and life.This position holds 1MU with the opportunity for additional FTUs available depending upon the applicant's areas of strength.We seek a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and innovative educator with leadership experience who understands the importance of building relationships and empathy with our students.The successful candidate will be an experienced and effective classroom practitioner, passionate about improving student achievement, able to lead staff learning, and have a deep commitment to the school's Catholic special character.The applicant will be an integral member of the leadership team, leading school curriculum initiatives, a strategic thinker, and committed to team collaboration.You will have proven experience in positive student behaviour management, with knowledge of PB4L.
