We are seeking an inspirational, collegial and collaborative educational leader with proven experience in promoting wellbeing and innovative curriculum delivery to join our dynamic junior college (Y7-10).
The successful candidate will, together with an Assistant Principal, Dean and team of 12 teachers, lead one of our four whanau or "schools within a school" and will also be an active contributor to our senior leadership team. They will promote our vision of "growing greatness through innovative, constantly evolving, personalised learning" and help the school to achieve its strategic and operational goals.
A commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi and successful integration of Matauranga Maori into their leadership and teaching practice is an expectation.
Starting date: Term 1, 2025
