The appointee will be a proven leader of colleagues in the pastoral care space and have the ability to gain and maintain the respect of students and colleagues in the context of a community area school.
This role involves strategic and operational leadership of the pastoral care systems within our kura along with other executive functions within the leadership team.
We are an area school of 560 students located at the southern end of the Coromandel Peninsula at one of New Zealand's best surf and leisure beaches.
