You will be responsible to lead and manage a diverse range of areas such as supporting and coaching curriculum and pastoral leaders, responsible for the pastoral care of aakonga, and leading school wide initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Teacher registrationPostgraduate qualification, preferred previous experience as either a head of faculty or head of a large department, or assistant principal or deputy principalSuccessful teaching experienceExperience managing aakonga and/or staff in a school-wide pastoral and discipline system and/or team(s)Successfully led and facilitated professional learning and curriculum designSound understanding of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi as the basis for self-determination for all aakonga and their whanau.A more detailed job description is available on request, we look forward to your application.
