U4We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated leader with proven leadership and management experience. The appointee will be an innovative classroom teacher, experienced in leading staff and curriculum across the school, and in analysing data to track student progress and inform decision-making. The applicant should be able to teach at any year level; experience teaching Y7-8 is an advantage. Faith City is an interdenominational Christian school, therefore the position requires someone with strong Christian values who desires to see students develop and grow in their faith.The successful applicant will accept the condition to support, uphold, and be positively involved in the Christian character of the school as laid out in the school's Integration Agreement. A strength in pastoral care is highly beneficial, along with a commitment to implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi through cultural relationships and responsive pedagogy.A willingness to support the extracurricular life of the school as a supporter of the school's values is also expected.
