We are seeking a highly engaging, creative, and future-thinking individual to join our leadership team and staff. We are looking for a team player who will add to our talented staff while strengthening and leading effective teaching, curriculum development, pastoral care, and behaviour management to improve learner outcomes across the school.
Focused on our core values of tuakiritanga (belonging), manaakitanga (respect and kindness), auahatanga (creativity and innovation) and whakapuawai (personal excellence); the successful applicant will be able to inspire others through their leadership style, their collaborative work, creative and critical thinking skills and active involvement in school life.
We want to "Seek the heights" across the curriculum while ensuring we are creating fun and treasured, lifelong memories for our children and wider whanau.
Areas of strength we are looking for: Ability to lead or support EOTC, sports, community engagement activities.
