Deputy Principal

We seek a deputy principal to join our high functioning senior leadership team. The portfolio for this role will be negotiated based on the strengths of the applicant and the balance of the existing SLT.
Our ideal candidate will:
Promote learning that is innovative, inclusive and culturally responsive
Enjoy working collaboratively
Have strong curriculum knowledge and can teach to senior NCEA level
Have experience leading teams to positive outcomes for students
Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Be a proven mentor with the ability to grow and challenge staff and students.
