Responsibilities include:
Improving teacher effectiveness: Supporting teachers in their professional development and providing guidance to enhance their teaching practices.
Curriculum, assessment, and reporting expertise: Proven experience in innovating and driving curriculum development, assessment practices, and reporting systems that maximise student learning and success.
Data analysis skills: Ability to analyse and interpret data around curriculum and assessment to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborative approach: Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, staff, parents, and the community.
School wairua: Ability to embrace our school culture and local community.
Leadership and mentoring: Ability to use a strengths-based approach when mentoring students and staff.
