A proven track record of leading initiatives within a school to improve student engagement and achievement is being sought.Experience in systems management and oversight is also an advantage. Teaching and learning is a core responsibility for all members of the senior team.The role will also include pastoral responsibility for a year level, working together with a team of two Kaitiaki Aakonga (Deans). Other key areas of leadership will be assigned by negotiation.
