We are seeking an educational leader with significant experience of middle or senior leadership and, ideally, whole school responsibilities in a secondary school context.
A proven track record of leading initiatives within a school to improve student engagement and achievement is being sought.
Experience in systems management and oversight is also an advantage.
Teaching and learning is a core responsibility for all members of the senior team.
The role will also include pastoral responsibility for a year level, working together with a team of two Kaitiaki Aakonga (Deans).
Other key areas of leadership will be assigned by negotiation.
A collaborative approach, as part of a newly formed and high functioning senior leadership team, is essential.
