Proven leadership skills, strong teaching and learning pedagogy, strengths in curriculum knowledge, a passion for holistic and future-focused education, and the ability to build positive relationships with tamariki, whanau, staff and community are required.The successful applicant will preferably have highly effective teaching experience across Y4 to 6, be a learner with a growth mindset, a clear communicator, a strong collaborator who is willing to use equitable teaching approaches, and be someone dedicated to fostering hauora.
