We are seeking a dynamic person to join our amazing staff team. This executive, deputy headmaster position commences in January 2025. If you deliver best practice leadership, teaching and learning in a responsive, discovery through learning approach then we welcome your application.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships
Experienced in strategic, organisational and operational leadership
In depth experience managing a team of people, with the ability to support their development and build high performing teams
Innovative, dynamic and able to drive and move comfortably with change
Commitment to the pursuit of excellence and a willingness to frequently 'go the extra mile' to ensure positive educational and operational outcomes
Superior organisational skills, and the ability to work on a variety of tasks concurrently
Empathy with the school's special character and values.
This executive educational leadership position has a 0.6 FTE teaching component.
